Specializing in Bearings and Bearing Services
We offer ball and roller bearings, linear bearings, spherical bearings, shafting, mounting blocks, and thrust bearings ranging from commercial to ultra-precision quality. We offer custom-made bearings for your specific application and unique environments as well as value-added services including JIT deliveries, blanket orders, special packaging, bearing re-lubing services, and engineering support.
Ball Bearings

Ball bearings are made up of balls which are secured into a cage to keep them in place while allowing them to freely revolve. In both the inner and outer races, the balls are contained inside channels. Ball bearings have a lower load capacity for their size than other bearings due to the lack of surface contact between the balls and races.

Press Bearings

The rollers in a needle roller bearing are tubular with a narrow bore. We carry sintered bronze, delrin, needle roller bearing or needle roller clutch press bearings. Choose from plain or flanged types. They feature self-aligning bore, up to 5° and are self-lubricating.

Roller Bearings & Clutches

Our shell-type needle bearings feature caged design that offer 3X the speed of uncaged designs. The needles inside the bearing allows for high speed, high load, low profile bearing design. QBC’s roller clutches are ideal for indexing, backstopping and overrunning applications. These lightweight, low profile clutches can operate at a high indexing frequency of up to 4 CPS.

Sleeve Bearings & Barstock

Choose from small series, standard series, ultraprecision, plastic or frelon® lined types. Check out our new split-type sleeve bearings which have a composite liner that consists of a carbon steel backing. Solid or cored sintered bronze bar stock is also available.

Linear Bearings & Shafting

Linear ball bearings provide linear movement in one direction.

A roller bearing, carries a load by placing rolling balls or rollers between two bearing rings called races. These bearings are comprised of an outer ring and several rows of balls retained by cages. Roller bearings are manufactured in two styles: ball slides and roller slides.

Spherical Bearings & Rod Ends

Spherical bearings support loads in both angular and radial orientations. They can support tilting and pivoting (like a ball joint). Spherical bearings are made up of both inner and outer rings, the inner ring is confined within the circumference of the outer ring, concentrically, on the same axis

Thrust Bearings

Thrust ball bearings are comprised of a spinning ring of (bearing) balls in between two washers. They’re ideal for low-thrust, low-axial load applications.

Needle roller thrust bearings consist of small cylinders (Needles) aligned with their axes pointing to the center of the bearing. Our metric needle roller thrust bearings are available in widths from 2 mm to 5 mm. We also stock axial thrust washers that fit these bearings.

Pillow & Mounting Blocks

New standard duty pillow & mounting blocks that feature a cast iron housing with both set screw or locking collar design. Plastic pillow and mounting blocks offer the lightweight mounting solution thanks to the polyester material that these blocks are made of.

Other features include acetal ball bearings with stainless steel balls. Both plastic and new dual seal construction ball bearing inserts are available for these mounting and pillow blocks.
